Ⅰ。SEARCH 查詢（Optional 非必須的）

b) Full availability search(word mark)-comprehensive report綜合的查詢及報(bào)告 $300
*Search will be charge per logo per class* 查詢費(fèi)用以每個(gè)圖形及類別計(jì)算
c) Logo mark search-圖案查詢 $100
申請(qǐng)前查詢的作用是找出類似或相同并對(duì)申請(qǐng)有影響的已申請(qǐng)/注冊(cè)的商標(biāo)。
此費(fèi)用包括在商標(biāo)注冊(cè)署進(jìn)行商標(biāo)查詢﹑分析和報(bào)告查詢結(jié)果以及提供建議。

Ⅱ.a) FILING OF APPLICATION, ADVERTISEMENT &REGISTRATION 申請(qǐng)，登報(bào)及注冊(cè)費(fèi)
(for one trademark one class 以一個(gè)商標(biāo)申請(qǐng)一個(gè)類別計(jì)算) $3,000
(for each additional class of the same trademark 同一商標(biāo)的額外類別) $1,800

The flat fees includes disbursement, professional service fees of classifying the goods or services, preparing the relevant application form, filing the application and reporting filing particulars, reporting the allowance of publication, preparing for the publication of Government Gazette(old law)/Intellectual Property Journal (new law), official fees, reporting acceptance of registration, obtaining and forwarding the Certificate of Registration.
此費(fèi)用包括協(xié)助申請(qǐng)人選擇申請(qǐng)類別﹑準(zhǔn)備和提交申請(qǐng)﹑繳付官方費(fèi)用以及報(bào)告申請(qǐng)資料﹑報(bào)告公告的許可通知﹑辦理公告事宜﹑報(bào)告獲準(zhǔn)注冊(cè)通知領(lǐng)取及寄上注冊(cè)證書以及繳付官方費(fèi)用。
Validity: TEN (10)years 有效期為十年。

Ⅲ. MISC.(Additional Service Charges 額外服務(wù))

a) Drafting, Amending and Filing Arguments 草擬﹑修改及申辯費(fèi)用

The argument fees may be adjusted based on the complexity of the cases, separate
quotation will be issued for cases involving court proceeding.
此費(fèi)用只限于一般申辯及會(huì)因案件的復(fù)雜程度而有所調(diào)整。另涉及法院程序的案件會(huì)根據(jù)個(gè)別顧問的費(fèi)用而定，我方將會(huì)預(yù)先通知。

b) Renewal 續(xù)期 （for 10 years 有效期十年）

2. Time Requirement-It normally needs 6-10 months for smooth application.

3. For payment in US dollar(USD), please divide the amount by 7.7 and round up to the nearest dollar. (e.g. HKD 3000 in USD →USD (3000/7.7) =USD 390).
